Hey to everyone...
I'm a chic that grew up in the coolest town, in Washington St.
I now live in the Bahamas, and will be here for a few years...WooHoo
When I was little I used to draw all the time. Why I stopped I don't know, probably just the average distractions you get in high school.

A few years ago I got some colored pencils and started again, the pictures of animals in my album is what I did then.
I stopped again! But now that I live here and don't have much to do I decided to start back up and master it!!!!
I am working on portrait's. I suck! and I'm not giving it up. The portraits I have done so far are also in my album. My niece's have volunteered to be my subjects (brave little girls).

So I am here to meet some cool friends, I hope! To get some constructive criticism, and learn to get my creative side in full bloom. I would love to learn to draw from my mind but that always turns out disastrous!

I checked out your gallery and you sure have a good start. I love the colors and the form. A lot of artists here have stoppted and then taken it up again. I'm just fairly new at it. I have been drawing, as I get time, for about 5 months. This is a great place to be. The people are very helpful and fun.

welcome to drawspace Barina...I also looked in your gallery .. and I think you could benifit from this site .. we do challenges that help us use our talents in all kinds of ways .. one starts sunday .. you should join in on the fun .. your work is very nice already so just being here and doing brendas lessons will only make you a better artist .. good luck .

That's great to hear, and 5 months? you have a lot of talent... the lessons seem to be very informative, I think I will really like it here... Right now I'm working on a drawing of my niece and her horse. I'm trying to take my time on it as i seem to hurry when I draw.... Thank for writing, Barina
