my name is Ruben and I live in Hamburg. I have heard about Drawspace a month ago in a german web-tv show (Ehrensenf). Since then I have drawn a number of the lessons here on Drawspace. It is amazing for me how good some of my drawings are because apart from the art lessons at school I have no knowledge about drawing.
Before I found this website I saw a few others but they all wanted some money before you could take their lessons. It is great that there are still some websites which are for free.
I like the members gallery. It shows everything from absolut beginners to real artist work (the Frank Sinatra picture is superb).
I have learned a thing or two from my Drawspace lessons and I hope that someday I can really draw the pictures I already have in my mind. So I continue to practice, practice and practice.

It is nice to be a part of this.

Thank you for your friendly words. I hope to see more of your drawings in the members gallery. I think it is interesting to see how everybody has his own individual drawing style. Especially when different people draw the same picture from the drawspace lessons.
