shadow hope you get better soon! My dad had knee replacement at a young age (he's a former basketball player - knees are first to go) and he has always said knees hurt more than anything else. I guess they absorb all the impact from the body's movement. Will you have to go through surgery and all that or do you know yet? Either way, I hope the monsters are cheering you up and keeping you good company.

A very scary clown showed up in my mailbox yesterday - thanks bigs! He is wonderful! I had planned on him being my husband's avatar on facebook, but he might be mine! Or... I'll keep him close to the door for those pesky salesmen that come by! RRRRAAAAARRRRR!

Sue, it's wierd that it took so long for those to get to you, but I'm so glad you got them. Nice bunch of cards! I only ended up with 7 also. I'll go back through later and track down what's missing. If someone decided not to do the trade after all, I wish they'd at least send me back the card I sent them...

The two that are missing from my collection is Shadow and Rhemoria. Shadow is having knee problems and had already let us know the cards would probably be late. That's ok, we'll see hers eventually. Health before fun stuff. To Angie (Shadow2b63): Hope you feel better soon!

Rhemoria hasn't logged on for 2 weeks. I'm not holding out much hope for that card. That's just the way these trades work, it's not always perfectly fair.

nods..I have the same two missing

sorry every one my cards are late they are done and I got stamps on most I have to go to the post office and they are off..I would not do everyone that way..I had a stomach virus then my knee went out that was painful and now I have a sore throat I have been down some time. My knee is getting better having fluid injections in my knee every TUE for three weeks I just had #1 done..I do not have to have an operation on it I am so thankful for that..so my little monsters will be on there way soon..sorry!! it has been one crazy month and where did the year go???..hope every one had a happy thanksgiving..shadow2b

Goodness! That's a lot of hardship to have to go through. Glad you didn't need surgery, hope it doesn't hurt much getting the injections. Don't worry about the cards, I'm sure we all knew you're good for it. Ignore the mob with the torches and pitchforks...

It could be that the Silly Season has attacked Gypsy all at once - but I think I remember she was late getting another trade out - it may be just her way - she may be a last minute gal.

I don't take any notice of mail times anymore Mindy. One time I posted some cards [for another sites swap], all 25 at once, Jeanne got hers within a week, another person in Canada it took 3 weeks to get there, and then there was a card going to the Mid-West and it took over a month.............there is no rhyme or reason as far as I can tell! It is a mystery within our postal systems.

Thanks my knee is getting better and my cold seems to be leaving I hope so been down for a month..I am sick of being sick..got lots of things to do I am behind. All of my monsters have been sent off. I was in a Christmas card swap got that done, and I am in a portrait swap almost done! It has been hard pushing my self when I felt so bad but I think I am going to be okay!! shadow2b

I just digitally resized it to fill in the empty space when I was putting them together. They're all the same size in reality.

Your Cookie Monster would have been welcome, the more the merrier. (Although they do tend to fight over crumbs... )

My Cookie Monster is eyeing off the unopened pkt of biscuits - at least he has the manners to wait until they are opened...............but I know what you mean about the crumbs, he does combat with the dogs to see who gets them!
