Full Version: Downgrade account - Cancel rebilling

Hello, I have downgraded my account some time ago in order to stop rebilling of my credit card, but I constantly keep receiving emails from 2Checkout.com because they are trying to rebill the recurring order again and again.

As I am not a premium member now, I don't want 2checkout to try to rebill the order any more. I have sent them a request but I haven't received any answer, they are still billing my credit card instead and I feel I can do nothing to stop it.

That's why I am writing here. Please, could someone help me to cancel my account definitively, so I won't be billed anymore? I don't know how should I contact the administrators of this website.
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to stop 2checkout from billing me continuously and relentlessly.

In fact, today I have been informed of another attempt to bill my credit card from 2Checkout.com. They still think that I'm a premium member.

I don't know what to do. I'm thinking of cancelling my credit card as soon as possible or even report the pertinent authorities. I don't really want to go so far. There must be an easy solution for this.

Please, I need your help.

Hello,

I've checked your account. It was indeed downgraded successfully. Those notifications you received from 2co are reminders that your credit card had expired or become invalid (which happened while you were still a paying member). You've only been billed once and will never be billed again.

The expired credit card warnings should have stopped now as well. Please let me know if they haven't.
