I reported a few of them. This could be the reason why this site has been acting buggy lately.

I reported 4 yesterday as well. Could they put a stop to new members making posts in first 5 minutes of joining. That's what seems to be happening.

I'll ask this at the risk of sounding really stupid.... what's a spambot?
And will they clean my house?

No spambots are automated spam messages.

I remove the account ...not just delete the thread ...so I make it harder for them to return ....thanks for the help and please keep sending the links .. if just the thread is removed then they just keep coming back .. if I can get there little tag number I can remove the user completely

I sat here the other day and sue sent me a list of names to remove and that works great because I can look up the user in the members and get a number .. then as admin I have yet another tool to help remove them ...so if you can get the names of the members the one they are using say like "Rsine" thats all I would need . again thank you for all the help .

Thanks rsine! I'll keep a lookout for these and also in the meantime start working on the "housecleaning-bot".

OK... I might sound terribly stupid, but how to report them? I can find a button to report about a bad post, but how to report about a user that is creating same topics with same messages in every part of drawspace?
