In this fun lesson, a group of silly faces seem to be floating through space. Overlapping, as a component of geometric perspective, is introduced as a means of creating depth.

Hi.
The Biographical data at the end of this lesson mentions the year 2794, 2798 and some other similar errors.
The lessons are great. I had considered drawing impossible until very recently when someone told me that, regardless of my 5 year-old child drawing style, I could learn to draw. These lessons confirm it. Thank you.

I did good with this lesson. This is a good starting point in understanding how to draw according to perspective.

quick comment related to atmospheric perspective. If we are really supposed to be looking at outer space through a spaceship window there should not be such a thing and all line should be very sharp regardless of the distance.
Now one thing which would change with the distance is the focus, regardless of atmospheric distortion a picture taken by a camera or what you see with your eyes is only sharp at a specific distance and what is closer and further does appear blurry.

It was pretty hard for me.. probably because i have never done perspective drawings before. Heh, it doesn't really look right. I'll come back later and try again

Once again I have to Thank Brenda for helping me achieve a drawing in the right perspective. Of course it becomes easier having step by step instructions, otherwise I don't think it will ever could do a drawing like this. I supoese in a while I'll get the right skills for doing it without needing detailed instructions.
Thank you so much, Brenda!
