my knee had been feeling strange for days last night I got up to go to the bath room and could not walk I can not put weight on my knee at all. I went to the ER this morning I do not know any more now then when I went in.. I know what it is not, gout, blood clot, they only took blood, and did an ex-ray They put my whole leg in a immobilizer from my thigh to my ankle I ask the Dr how I was going to walk he said go home and stay in bed...maybe it will go away! I am going to see an orthopaedic Dr as soon as I can get in..the pain is really bad. My husbands back is bad, my dad is very sick and now I am down..blind leading the blind around here!!!! Thank God I got a lap top to stay in touch with every one. I will let every one know more when I do..this just came on slowly for no reason has this ever happened to any one?? I got my sketch book by my bed and I guess this is where I will be until it gets better if not better by Monday I am getting help some where else..shadow?

well hun i sure hope all start feeling well .. I have been suffering a cold and trying to keep clear of any flu's . My knee at times gives and hurts real bad but quickly it resolves itself .

I am doing better knee still giving me trouble but I am able to walk some..thanks for the kind words. It is hard to be down and not be able to do my art or any thing for my self..I am on my way back to my self again..I still do not know what started it..maybe in time..

Please do not give up on finding out what is wrong with your knee. My knne locked up in March and was in so much pain would wake up in the night crying in my sleep. After 4 doctors telling me there was nothing wrong because the MRI/X-rays showed nothing, I went to the 5th doctor. Long story short, Oct 6 walked into the hospital on crutches and 6 hours later walked out on my own and no pain. Seems the problem was with the soft tissue in the knee and it does not show up on any test. Doctor went in with the scope and cleane it up and all had been well since.

I had today to the doctor - also the left knee (contagious via www ? ) it is swollen and hot to go is very painful - that is an inflammation, I guess my meniscus wants out

I am sorry Raidor if you have what I do it hurts I have had 5 back operations and this is very painful.. they tell me to stay off my let till the 17Th when I have to See the Dr after the MRI etc you do not know how much you need to get up and down till you can not..I hope you will be fine let me know what they find out about you...in the end I am sure and operation will be the out come ..the other knee is going bad to..This could get interesting..shadow2b
