Talking about shopping I really need to start my Christmas shopping I'm going to see the Nutcracker ballet today I'm really excited I'm bringing my dad because my boyfriend is in Montreal today. So after that I'll work on more giraffes.

I have no more money because I spent it all on those Nutcracker tickets so just waiting for my pay now, since they didn't have time to set up my direct deposit for my new job i'm getting a check for this pay so i'll either get it tuesday or wednesday.

My dad said he'd like to see it, I was like you know it's a ballet right? He's like ya but it's a different kind of ballet. So yeah i'm happy he's coming because I didn't really want to go alone. And this is the last day it wasn't here for a long time it was only from Dec 2nd to the 6th

Have you got your Christmas season on the go yet. I am lucky my husband is going to be here this year, it will be nice to have a family christmas again He is off to Peru just after Christmas, and he leaves me here in the Rain and snow, now is that fair?

What does your hubby do to be traveling so much? I guess you have lots of art time with him gone but has to get lonely.

I got all dressed up for my show and I wanted to take pictures and we weren't even allowed to take pictures it would of been nice if I could, I could of used them for the challenges. It was a really good show makes me want to dance

Yes that is true, I don't get as much time when he is home. My husband is in Helicopters, he just spent a year traveling to Africa- Angola, and now he is heading for Peru just after christmas. They are doing Oil exploration there. Didn't you say that your Husband travels as well? I sure enjoy this ATC community, it has become like a family, of like minded people. I kind of miss the Christmas exchange, hope that next year there is one.

I just couldn't resist Melman from Madagascar..........and its been so hot here I was dreaming of swimming, so I had to do a pool pony.....oops pool giraffe!

Valentine's Day isn't too far away and I have seen too many versions of giraffe's wrapped together to miss doing them too, and I am not sure why I put rolller skates on that one, it seemed a good idea at the time though . And I was hungry for the last one.

So that is all of mine for this swap and I will be posting them tomorrow.

I didn't get any this week so they should arrive by next week. It snowed so much last week one day there was no snow and the next it was fully winter it was really weird

Wednesday is a public holiday in SA and i'm on leave from work from Satruday basically - so i'm going to try and finish them all soon.

Mine are all posted and should arrive in about a week (hopefully).

So on the weekend, we were driving through Pretoria (capital city in SA) and we happened to go past a game reserve and there was a heard of giraffes right on the roadside - i couldn't help but take some pics to show you all

Aw cool I wish I could just go drive and see some giraffes and zebras. I'm tired of just seeing cows and sheeps when we drive by lol
