Just thought i should pop up a drawing i did of my little dog.....i havent drawn in years so i thought i could take the time to ask for any helpful pointers...

The little puppy has one black pupil and the other is grey. Does he have 2 different colored eyes? Both should be dark black in the pupil part of the eye. Or is it just the scan that is making it look that way? Sometimes the computer distorts the drawings.

i was too heavy with a soft lead on the left eye....you know what its like i was to eager to get the job done....

He is just as cute as can be. Is he a cocker spaniel?

na mate he's a King Charles Cavarlier Spaniel.

They are the next size down from a cocker

Just checked out your website, you guys are too funny. I have a greatdane "bob", he loves the dog park. Unfortunately he gets knocked over easy, old hips. You have a lot of good info on your site, thank you for sharing. Your doing a good job on the dog drawings. I bet you'll be popular at the dog park.

Hello, poking my head in after a long absence.



Maybe the nose can look more like a black leathery dog nose with some smudging; I seemed to get a [fantasy animal] nose just right with a paper stump. Mash the graphite into the paper until it produces a characteristic shine like a wet dog nose except for highlights.
