I think my favorite would have to be people. I'm 15 now and I've liked it since I was like 9. Women in particular. What's your favorite thing to draw? Oh and what do you guys think of this picture? I'm afraid I won't be able to do it...

Sarah,
I think that's a very nice picture to draw. She has a well-formed nose and mouth, although you might want to tone down the mascara in order to bring out the dazzling eyes more effectively. Here's a black & white version with increased contrast to help differentiate the various tones. Good luck, can't wait to see the finished drawing. Or post a work in progress and get advice on parts that are troublesome. wink.gif

Hi Sarah

fully agree with Mindy_

but if you want to draw important color first time I advise you to pastels = here you can touch up mistakes more readily than in watercolor, acrylic or colored pencils

Good luck and have fun on the drawing smile.gif

Hey,

thats a very nice photo. So try to get this on paper with your pencil. If you don't try you lose anyway wink.gif. So just start drawing. Begin with a sketch. If you dont like it....just retry. You will get better soon!

Bye. If you like, i would try to draw this too smile.gif

Update 07.12 wink.gif

Hey now i understand what the topic of the Threat really was.
My favourite things to draw are graffiti, expect at the moment i like to draw "eyes" for some practice and "flowers" just to have some variation of style...

Hmmmmm... dry.gif Well, I haven't drawn animals for ages, so I guess it would have to be people. Mainly characters from films, or books! With characters from books you can draw whatever you want, not worry about the likeness too much and as long as a picture depicts the author's description of the character, you can make up as much extra parts as you want!

I like this picture very much, it would make a great piece of artwork. If you do use it, be sure to post up a WIP or the final piece. wink.gif I look forward to seeing it. biggrin.gif

My favourite thing to draw is actually cartoons from games, movies, comics and cartoons in general. I've drawn a lot cartoons in my life. I had been in a period of manga but now I'm more back to the cartoon and finding my own style that makes me feel safe in.

I usual making fanart to test new ways. Right now its much of Pajama Sam and Jackolantern from Billy's Adventure of Billy and Mandy

But otherwise it is flowers and some Surrealism.
