My story is not unique from what I see, but I was another one of those who loved to draw as a child, but at some point stopped. I'm not sure why, I probably discovered boys or something...
Over the last ten years I've been focusing on html, php and other left-brain activities, allthough I'm really a designer and constantly need to have a certain balance between the two halfs. At the moment though, I feel logic have taken control of me, and I hope Drawspace can bring back some chaos and creativity in my life, both as a person and as a professional.
My goal for 2007 is to find back to the times where I could just make a silly face on paper and love doing it even if it doesn't look too good. The perfectionist in me will always come in handy in the final touch, but letting the naive child play freely without judgement could really improve my skills, and certainly make the process a lot more joyful.
So, happy new drawing-year to all of you!
Kind regards
Hege, Norway
