The Art shanty Project is a really neat art event. The lake is in Plymouth Minnesota just outside Minneapolis.

The doll fort is a small structure made out of homemade dolls. She gets inside the structure and walks around stopping at places that seem to be good to stop at. It is portable protection in public and she meets all kinds of people in the process.
