great job marisa, he is indeed a ferocious fellow. we had such a good time that day, my niece and nephews came up from louisiana to maine, so they got to fly for the first time, got to go out of state for the first time, we took the train to boston from maine so they got to ride the train for the first time, and they got to go to a museum for the first time and it was just a wonderful day of first for them..a very memorable trip and they think Aunt Kay Rocks!

Sonia, you can add drawings to a challenge any time even to older challenges from 2007 for example. A weekly drawing challenge never actually closes. If you browse through older challenges and find an inspiring picture feel free to sketch it and post in the gallery or challenge.The spirit of this site is educational not contest oriented.
The only difference is that a challenge after a week is moved from the pinned area of the forum but not closed.

Kay, thank you so much! It was really difficult for me to do this drawing because I am very tired lately and I just went to bed at 1 a.m., in order to finish it! I admit I rushed a lot... And the result is not what I had been idealizing...
