This heavily illustrated lesson is ideal for beginners who feel ready to take on more intricate and time-consuming projects.

This is a good lesson, I found it time consuming but excellent practice in hatching and squirkling.

Yes, a very good lesson indeed. It didn't take me as much time as I had expected, and I'm quite pleased with the result. Thank you very much!

I really enjoyed this lesson, and it was one of the first lessons I have tried. One thing that I would caution you about before doing it though, is the fact the fish can end up not fitting on your page if you don't be careful and make sure the eye or face you start with is not too big. This lesson also took me a long time to finish so I think I didn't like as much as the others. Even so, I thought this lesson was very good example of what you can do with squirkling and since I had never done any squirkling in a picture like this before,it was really good practice. This was a really fun lesson. Thanks!

It's astonishing ! It seems I've turned into an artist overnight!
I didn't believe to be able to do something similar before following this wonderful tutorial.
It's simply genial and I've fallen in love with squirkling...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Not an easy lesson.
Looks like a fish, not bad, but the smoothness of Brenda's fish it's hard to acquire. There are too many details in shading to pay attention to, that I find myself not knowing what is that I'm suposed to do.
