Hi there, I joined on this forum this week.

Please forgive me for my laziness, but I was hoping someone could show me any particularly relevant posts that I should read first, so I can get up to speed here?

Um-m I guess anything pinned, the meat of the forum is in the general discussions. The drawing challenge, sketching from life, the portrait class and the critique threads are on going. Once you feel you have a sense of what is going on, I would "view new posts" (top right),"mark all posts as read" (top right), then keep up from there. I am hosting the Drawing challenge this week, it is open to anyone and is to challenge yourself ( not against others), here is a linkdrawing challenge jan.21-28. It would be a great way to get your feet wet. We have a great group of people here. FYI... we're having spamming problems right now. If something seems questionable do not click on it. There is a report button to use if you run across something.
