Well, actually I am totally new. Hi everyone,

I heard about this website from a Teen-Ink e-newsletter. When I noticed the "These artists clearly have talent—and you do, too." I instantly was interested to learn more, and I found out about this website (which is so far AWESOME, by the way). It's nice that they have free drawing lessons, since I can't afford to pay for my own.

Anyways, I've been drawing all my life (Like most everyone, starting a soon as I could hold a crayon). I've taken some drawing lessons before, and I love drawing people most. Drawing people (Or creatures) seems most common (rather then nature). But I find it interesting the unique details on every individuals face. Of course, I'd love to learn how to draw more nature type drawings as well, to broaden my horizens a bit.

So far, I'm not amazing at drawing (Meaning, I won't be posting any of my artwork on here anytime soon). I love the look of anime. Although I'm not interested in watching it, when I see a drawing of anime, I'm amazed each time. I've only actually drawn one anime girl, and mind you, it was copying from some papers I had printed online (mixing and matching the pieces of course). But I hope to get much much better. And I'm pretty sure this website can help me achieve that.

Yep, that's my few paragraphs telling of my drawing background a bit.

WELCOME! I found this website only last week on www.sketchloader.com. I love it, too. I noticed that you said you "won't be posting any works on here any time soon"...which I highly don't recommend! I think you should definitely post some of your work, especially if you can try some of the challenges and add them to your albums. I have posted lots lately, and I am so encouraged by the support of the other members.

anyways, Welcome to the site, again, but keep what I said in mind. Let me know if and when you do decide to post something! I'm interested to see some!
