I used a mechanical pencil .5 with HB lead. The problem with using that type of mechanical pencil was that the lead is a bit too hard and since I printed out the worksheet so I could work on my symmetry as well as shading, the shading was starting to dent the paper and I ended up stopping, so i wouldn't tear it.

I think for any assignments I print out, I'm going to have to use a regular pencil instead of mechanical.
