Ex 1 - Blu-Tack is much more effective at removing the graphite. The experiment with removing cross-hatching was interesting. It lightened the tone and made the pattern more visible.
Ex 2 - very interesting effects. I also tried with a battery operated eraser examplex 2 and 4.
